Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and agentic systems
Build and optimise LLMs, RAG pipelines & vector search
Architect high-scale cloud systems (AWS/GCP, k8s)
Prototype rapidly, ship often, mentor engineers
Own roadmap, technical direction & cross-functional collaboration
Qualification
Required
7+ years in ML/AI or distributed engineering
Deep expertise in at least one: LLM fine-tuning, agent frameworks, RAG/vector DBs
Strong Python + experience with Go/Java/Scala
Proven 0→1 and 1→10 product delivery
Leadership across architecture, execution and technical strategy
