Responsibilities

Preparing journal entries, performing balance sheet reconciliations and analyzing financial results to ensure accuracy and completeness as part of our month and quarter-end close activities
Applying expert judgment to evaluate and interpret complex financial transactions, ensuring proper classification and compliance with GAAP and Siemens' internal accounting standards
Supporting global process standardization and system efficiency improvements
Participating in the rollout of our new SAP ERP system (S/4Hana), including user acceptance testing and data migration
Collaborating with finance and business partners to deliver high-quality accounting guidance that enables informed decision-making and drives operational success

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Relevant work experience in a similar role and solid accounting knowledge
Experience with financial close and reporting systems
Experience with data visualization and analytics tools
Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and strong work ethic
Fluency in Spanish
Ability to collaborate with our finance and business teams in the office for 2-3 days per week
