Responsibilities

Maintaining client relationships and engagement through proactive communication and personalized strategic advice
Collaborating closely with clients and the implementation team to create and communicate personalized success plans that align with their objectives and our solutions
Running quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders to educate them on the value and ROI delivered through our solutions
Managing the health of your book of business by regularly assessing and analyzing client account health/satisfaction and progress against success plans, proactively intervening for improvement as needed
Owning the renewal process with clients and strategically tackling cancellations to achieve retention goals
Identifying and driving opportunities for client growth, such as expansion, referrals, and reviews, to drive revenue goals

Required

A love for building relationships and digging deep to understand customers' needs and challenges
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Empathetic and patient approach with a customer-centric mindset
Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively juggle multiple client accounts and responsibilities
Results-driven self-starter with a proven track record for achieving revenue targets
Comfort with ambiguity and autonomy, along with a propensity and willingness to constantly learn, build, and iterate processes
Post-secondary education (or equivalent work experience)
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a customer-facing role

Preferred

Background in online marketing and search engine optimization (SEO) is highly desirable
