Qualification
Required
You've crushed direct response campaigns and have a portfolio to prove it
Scriptwriting is your jam—you know how to marry persuasion with personality
Numbers don't scare you; you speak ROAS, CTR, and CPA fluently
You've managed video workflows, storyboards, and freelancer rosters
Preferred
Familiarity with AI tools for copy, content, or video enhancement
Experience briefing and managing freelancers or creators
Understanding of current ad trends in UGC, paid social, and performance creatives
