Senior LevelESC Corporation is seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain customised solutions within multiple customer Salesforce orgs. The role involves end-to-end development of scalable Salesforce applications, with opportunities to transition into a functional consulting role over time.

Responsibilities
Develop, customise, and optimise Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Lightning App Builder, and other Salesforce technologies
Deliver tailored solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, plus others
Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and APIs to ensure smooth and secure data exchange
Configure and maintain Lightning Flows, validation rules, and user/security settings
Conduct code reviews, debug and troubleshoot system issues, and implement performance improvements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions
Apply best practices for Salesforce development to ensure scalable and maintainable outcomes
Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and make recommendations for enhancements
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and SOQL
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration tools (Lightning Flows, validation rules)
Familiarity with roles, profiles, permission sets, and other security settings
Salesforce certification required - Developer or Consultant certification acceptable
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communicator who can collaborate with internal and external teams
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
