Responsibilities
Actively seek out and engage clients' prospects
Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
Maintain positive business relationships with customers to ensure future sales
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and create status reports
Deliver presentations about the smart recruitment platform and explain its features
Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Working with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
Providing regular reports on sales activities and performance
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales, preferably in the technology or recruitment field
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions
Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence and its applications in recruitment
Ability to work target-oriented and achieve goals
