Responsibilities
Plan and manage internal projects from kickoff to delivery
Create timelines, tasks, and milestones in ClickUp
Work with department heads to align on goals, deliverables, and expectations
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and momentum
Identify inefficiencies and lead efforts to improve workflows
Help roll out standardized project management practices across departments
Maintain clean and updated documentation (status reports, risk logs, post-project summaries)
Provide timely updates to the Head of PMO and highlight any blockers or wins
Assist in coordinating internal resources and timelines
Monitor budgets to help ensure cost-effective project delivery
Qualification
Required
3–5 years experience in project management (startup, agency, or internal ops preferred)
Strong familiarity with ClickUp (must-have)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Clear communicator with solid stakeholder management experience
Proactive, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
