Responsibilities

Analyze and resolve deductions: Investigate the root causes of customer deductions, such as pricing discrepancies, shortages, or promotional allowances

Reconcile accounts: Ensure customer accounts are accurate by processing deductions, issuing credit memos for valid claims, and recovering invalid ones

Communicate and collaborate: Work with internal departments (sales, logistics, customer service) and external customers to gather information and resolve disputes

Process transactions: Handle the administrative aspects of deductions, including preparing documentation and performing data entry

Identify trends and improve processes: Analyze deduction data to identify patterns and trends, and recommend process improvements to minimize future issues and reduce financial exposure
