Founding Enterprise Client Services Manager
Clipbook is a fast-growing startup looking for a results-driven Founding Enterprise Client Services Manager. This role will focus on managing relationships with current clients and ensuring accounts get the most value out of Clipbook while expanding client engagements.

Responsibilities
Own a Portfolio of Enterprise Customers: Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts across multiple industries, maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify risks and work collaboratively to drive retention
Pilot: Manage Pilot engagement over multiple different opportunities. Project management of Clipbook’s highest value accounts
Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Customer Success playbook, resources, and best practices
Qualification
Required
~3-7 years of professional experience in a tier 1 professional setting (strategy consulting / MBB, top investment bank or private equity fund, etc.)
Highly motivated and results-oriented with intense responsiveness, coachability, and a strong drive to succeed
Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
Outstanding communication skills - able to engage with both executive stakeholders and end-users, drive complex client meetings, etc
Strong analytical capabilities; comfortable working with large datasets, metrics, and KPIs to build ROI-driven business cases
Adaptability and willingness to thrive in a nimble, execution-focused startup
Preferred
Familiarity with the public relations, media, communications, government affairs, or public affairs
