Responsibilities
Support implementation and integration of NetSuite ERP and connected financial systems
Build, test, and deploy integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Celigo, and file-based methods (CSV, JSON, XML)
Develop and maintain SuiteScript, RESTlets, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and analytics
Ensure integrations are scalable, secure, and follow best practices
Provide post-go-live support including troubleshooting and system optimization
Partner with Finance, Operations, and business teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements
Ensure system configurations align with business objectives and compliance needs
Identify opportunities to optimize NetSuite functionality and streamline processes
Deliver end-user training and user support for NetSuite and integrated systems
Create & maintain detailed documentation of integrations, workflows, and customizations
Support change management by communicating system changes effectively
Maintain and improve internal system controls across NetSuite and connected integrations
Monitor integration performance, proactively identify issues, and recommend solutions
Ensure compliance with IT and security standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
2–3 years of hands-on NetSuite OneWorld experience with at least 3 successful integration projects
Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, and data exchange formats (CSV, JSON, XML)
Experience with integration tools such as Celigo
Strong knowledge of process mapping, data flows, and ERP best practices
Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments
