Responsibilities
Implement and maintain automated test frameworks across web and backend systems
Define and execute comprehensive testing strategies including functional, regression, and performance testing
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers and DevOps to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
Identify, document, and track defects — ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement
Participate in code reviews and contribute to QA best practices and process optimization
Support ongoing QA tool evaluation and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and coverage
Qualification
Required
4+ years in software QA, with strong exposure to automation and modern testing tools
Solid knowledge of test automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar) and API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, JMeter)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building reliable, secure, high-quality software
Comfortable working in a distributed team environment and engaging across departments
Clear, structured communicator with excellent written and spoken English, and Russian at working professional capacity
Preferred
Experience in wealth management, fintech, or similar industries
Hands-on experience with AI-driven testing or test automation frameworks
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum and/or DevOps methodologies
