NOAH is redefining the future of payments, focusing on the integration of stablecoins into the global financial system. They are seeking a Sales Lead to drive the full sales cycle, manage and scale the sales function, and work closely with co-founders to ensure sustainable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end sales cycle: outreach, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing
Contribute to the development and scaling of the sales function: implement repeatable processes, tools, and playbooks for efficiency
Support with banking and partner onboardings to ensure smooth integrations and client success from time to time
Work directly with the Sales Lead to define sales strategy, targets, and priorities
Manage and mentor junior sales members, providing guidance and supporting their development
Implement processes to better track pipeline, performance, and reporting
Build deep client relationships, ensuring NOAH is positioned as a long-term trusted partner
Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities within existing and new markets

Required

Strong track record in B2B sales, ideally within fintech, payments, or SaaS
Proven experience in owning and closing enterprise-level sales cycles
Ability to design, implement, and optimise sales processes from scratch
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Experience managing upwards (to senior leadership) and downwards (mentoring junior team members)
Comfort working in a startup environment: proactive, resourceful, and execution-focused
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence and inspire
Collaborative mindset, comfortable working cross-functionally
