Responsibilities
Assist staff technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain all major RV systems with expert precision
Lead by example — train and mentor technicians at all levels
Support our service team in achieving elite-quality workmanship and efficiency
Work closely with management to improve service processes and technician development
Help uphold Ron Hoover’s reputation for excellence in RV service and customer care
Qualification
Required
Level 4 RV Technician Certification (RVTI or equivalent)
Proven experience as a master-level RV tech and/or trainer
Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
Commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and continuous improvement
A team-first attitude with pride in your work
