Responsibilities
Assist managers in the motivation and guidance of warehouse employees to develop and maintain a teamwork environment
Provide primary and comprehensive organization of all inventories of materials and finished product utilizing computerized inventory module
Daily communication with management and staff in regard to shift transition, daily activities, and operational issues
Achieve production standards with expected quality on a daily basis
The ability to work flexible overtime as needed
Provide support in areas necessary to maximize productivity
Safe operation of material movement equipment: Forklift, Reach Truck, and Pallet Jack
Qualification
Required
Basic computer and communication skills are required
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Work independently and self-motivated
A minimum of one year warehouse operations experience is required
Must have the ability to safely lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
Preferred
Supervisory/Management experience - a plus!
Previous forklift and pallet-jack experience is a plus
