Responsibilities

Meta strategy, execution, and performance at scale ($1M+/month)
Creative testing strategy: concept development, briefs, performance reporting
Ad account structure, audience segmentation, and landing page (or full funnel) testing
Day-to-day budget and pacing adjustments across Meta + supporting paid social platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, X, Reddit)
MTA/MMM-driven performance analysis: NC ROAS, CAC, contribution margin, MER
Feedback loops with creative, CRO, and product teams to align spend with performance
Testing & scaling new paid social platforms (from early-stage test → core channel)
Weekly performance reporting across channels, offers, creative, and cohorts
Strategic testing roadmap across audience, creative, funnel, and offer types

Qualification

Required

Direct-to-consumer E-COMMERCE and PAID MEDIA/ADVERTISING experience
Managed $1M+/month on Meta, profitably
Hands-on experience in scaling acquisition engines
Understanding of performance creative, audience structure, and attribution
Ability to spot gaps, diagnose issues, and fix them quickly
Experience with Meta strategy, execution, and performance at scale ($1M+/month)
Creative testing strategy: concept development, briefs, performance reporting
Ad account structure, audience segmentation, and landing page (or full funnel) testing
Day-to-day budget and pacing adjustments across Meta + supporting paid social platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, X, Reddit)
