Develop and execute effective strategies for product deployment based on a thorough understanding of technical requirements and customer needs in the data center space

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business partners and technical teams, to identify and resolve product-related challenges and ensure alignment with customer expectations

Engage in ongoing communication with customers to answer technical questions and address concerns, ensuring a responsive and supportive customer experience

Create comprehensive positioning statements, marketing collateral, and sales training materials that clearly articulate product specifications and value propositions

Attend trade shows and customer visits as needed, representing Supermicro and building relationships that enhance our market presence

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in data center or server-related roles

Strong awareness of data center market trends, competitor analysis, and the strengths and weaknesses of existing and emerging products

Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential; you must effectively engage with customers, promote products, answer inquiries, and assimilate feedback
