Responsibilities

Create high impact graphics, layouts, and visual storytelling assets for proposals, presentations, planning documents, and client deliverables
Translate big ideas into clean, polished design packages that communicate vision, intent, and project value
Support landscape architects, planners, and project managers with graphic production needs across multiple active projects
Strengthen branding and visual consistency across print and digital materials
Build illustrations, infographics, maps, and visual concepts that bring complex design thinking to life
Participate in internal design reviews and collaborate with a highly creative, high performance team

Required

Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work across print and digital formats
Proven ability to elevate presentations, proposals, and visual storytelling
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Ability to work fast, stay organized, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a collaborative design culture
Strong eye for clean layout, visual hierarchy, and modern design principles

Preferred

Experience supporting architecture, landscape architecture, planning, engineering, or similar design driven environments is a plus
