Responsibilities

Target and engage key decision makers across industrial and commercial water treatment, oil and gas, food and beverage, and related sectors
Build, manage, and grow a strong sales pipeline with clear metrics around conversion, deal velocity, and revenue creation
Run a full cycle sales process from lead generation to closing, documenting and following a consistent methodology
Use CRM tools to track activity, forecast pipeline, and maintain data integrity
Understand complex customer needs and present tailored solutions across software, process control, analytics, and automation
Partner effectively with SMEs to articulate the value of technical systems without needing to be the engineer
Track KPIs, sales activity, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts with precision
Stay close to market trends, competitors, and customer demands. Attend relevant shows, events, and networking opportunities to expand visibility and open new doors

Required

Five or more years of successful sales experience, ideally tied to the water treatment, industrial technology, automation, or software world
Background in business, engineering, marketing, or related fields
Strong technical acumen and the ability to present complex solutions clearly
Proven success building pipelines, documenting process, and working inside modern CRM platforms
A proactive, hunter oriented mindset with the discipline to consistently originate new business
Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel as needed
