Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

Proactively generate qualified leads through outbound efforts (Cold Calling, Email, Social Selling)
Identify opportunities by uncovering prospect needs, generating interest, and securing meetings
Log, track, and provide disposition for each qualified lead
Own your success—meet or exceed lead targets and other key metrics
Leverage prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and other sales enablement platforms
Collaborate effectively with the Sales Team to drive pipeline growth
Demonstrate strong selling, influencing, and relationship-building skills to win prospects over

Relevant inbound/outbound sales experience

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Prior experience with CRM tools is a plus (HubSpot preferred) and sales platforms (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.)
