Responsibilities
Perform Acceptance Testing for Military, Commercial, and Hi Reliability Aerospace products
Provide timely nonconformance reports
Provide daily electronic updates about status of product under test
Read/understand product design documentation (Parts Lists, Drawings, Source Control Documents, etc)
Read, understand, and execute detailed test procedures
Handle, transport, set up, and operate product in a manner safe for both operator and product
Operate test equipment such as, but not limited to Automated Test Equipment, Centrifuge, Digital Multimeters, Micrometers, Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies, Thermal/Thermal Vacuum Chambers, Torque Tools, Vibration Tables
Document test setups and record results of test procedures
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Adhering to BEI’s safety and security policies
Daily time keeping using BEI’s Visibility system
Work with limited supervision
Qualification
Required
Minimum Associates Degree in Mechanical or Electrical field or Equivalent
3+ years experience in Product Acceptance Testing
Ability to follow detailed written test instructions referencing technical drawings and schematics
Use, set-up, and analysis of a wide variety of Electrical, Mechanical, and Environmental Exposure equipment
Perform Acceptance Testing for Military, Commercial, and Hi Reliability Aerospace products
Provide timely nonconformance reports

Prior experience operating DMM's, Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies, Calipers/Micrometers, Torque Tools, Scales, and Thermal Chambers
