Responsibilities

Work directly with customers to run, debug, and validate thermal design test cases using our AI assistant
Collaborate with customers’ engineers to interpret results, provide insights, and recommend workflows
Document use cases, best practices, and lessons learned for internal and customer-facing knowledge bases
Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams to improve features, accuracy, and user experience
Support customer onboarding, training, and integration of the AI assistant into existing design processes

Required

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline
3+ years on thermal engineering experience in hardware product development or simulation workflows
Strong working knowledge of heat transfer, thermodynamics, and cooling strategies for electronics or physical systems
Strong ability to communicate technical results clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
Hands-on experience with engineering tools (CAD, simulation software, etc.)

Preferred

Experience working in customer-facing roles (applications engineering, solutions engineering, field engineering, or technical consulting)
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to quickly learn new tools and workflows
