Understand available data from mining sensors and identify value generation opportunities
Translate business questions into data insights and improvement proposals
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment
Document requirements, use cases, and business rules related to sensor systems
Support the design of dashboards or analytical models that improve decision-making
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex, data-driven environments
Strong understanding of sensor data, industrial data workflows, or manufacturing systems
Ability to map operational processes and identify data-driven opportunities
Excellent communication in both English and Spanish (C1 or higher)
Ability to engage cross-functional teams across time zones
Experience working with technical teams (data engineers, developers, or data scientists)
Availability to start within 1–2 weeks
Preferred
Prior experience in mining, energy, or heavy industry is highly valued
Background in analytics or technical BA work involving Azure, Power BI, or Databricks
Experience participating in international, multi-stakeholder projects
