Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair dock door systems and warehouse racks
Responsible for general building maintenance, such as painting, basic plumbing, and electrical repairs
Maintains and repairs specialized equipment, machinery, and systems
Use and care for tools, and manage inventory of parts and supplies
Clean and sanitize facilities, sweep or mop floors, and take care of general upkeep
Performs routine facilities maintenance and other warehouse operations tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience with a variety of hand tools
Attention to detail and good time management skills
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment
Ability to exercise safety while carrying out all job responsibilities
The ability to stand and walk for the full length of the assigned shift
The ability to lift, push, and pull material and objects weighing up to 50 lbs. and heavier weights with proper equipment
The ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform various duties
The ability to safely operate appropriate powered industrial trucks. Training will be provided
