Representing national and international insurance clients in a wide range of complex coverage areas, including bad faith, professional liability, pollution, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber liability, and excess liability matters
Working with a collaborative team in the Defense Litigation practice group
Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
Managing a diverse and challenging caseload
Qualification
Required
Must be admitted to the California bar in good standing
Ideal candidates will have civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts
Candidates should also have strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Preferred
Experience representing clients in insurance coverage litigation matters
