Responsibilities
Architect end-to-end solutions within and across multiple Core Tribes aligning with business objectives
Work closely with product teams, engineers, and stakeholders to define architecture that maximizes functionality and performance
Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance and future-proof our solutions
Conduct feasibility assessments, perform gap analyses, and identify the optimal tech stack needed for the business demand to guide strategic product roadmap decisions
Serve as the technical authority on projects and across the Core Tribes, guiding the development team through the defined architecture roadmap, principles, and standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Solution Architect/Solution Integrator, in designing and implementing complex systems
API and Integration Design: REST, GraphQL, SOAP, async messaging, webhooks
Strong background in Cloud platforms--Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, RHOCP (RedHat OpenShift)
Event-Driven Architecture (EDA): Kafka streams, pub/sub models
Microservices Architecture: Design, container orchestration, service discovery
Data Mapping & Transformation: JSON/XML schema design, canonical models
CI/CD Pipelines: Deployment automation, environment promotion
Security: OAuth2.0, API gateways, certificates, encryption-in-transit
Problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical, with the ability to take on abstract business challenges, and design practical, scalable solutions
Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable in translating technical requirements into clear, concise business objectives
Team Leadership: Experienced in guiding cross-functional teams to success in a fast-paced, agile environment
