Responsibilities

Manage a team of client success managers and provide leadership and guidance to ensure they meet their objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and be the primary point of contact for any issues or concerns
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver solutions that meet client needs
Identify opportunities to upsell and renew client contracts, and work with the sales team to drive revenue growth
Monitor and analyze client feedback and use it to inform product development and service improvements
Develop and implement processes and best practices to ensure that clients receive a high level of service and support
Ensure that client data is accurately tracked and managed in relevant systems and platforms

Required

Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships in the digital media industry
Experience managing a team of client success managers
Strong leadership and guidance skills

Ability to monitor and analyze client feedback for product development and service improvements
Experience developing and implementing processes and best practices for client service and support
