Director, LOB CFO I Manager

They are seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial stewardship of a $1B infrastructure and technology budget, partnering with senior technology leaders to optimize investments and drive financial discipline.

Financial Services

Responsibilities

Provide financial leadership for a $1B+ infrastructure portfolio covering data centers, networks, hardware, software, cloud compute & storage, and enterprise platforms
Lead quarterly and annual budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and investment prioritization
Partner with infrastructure leadership to build and oversee a FinOps practice to optimize cloud spending (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
Implement cloud cost visibility, chargeback/showback, governance policies, and consumption forecasting
Oversee the full lifecycle of capital assets, including acquisition, depreciation, allocation, and retirement
Ensure accurate asset accounting, capitalization policies, and compliance with financial and regulatory standard
Partner with engineering leadership to manage major technology vendor spend including hardware, software, cloud, and managed services
Manage financial planning for a global workforce including engineers, operations, support, contractors, and managed services
Drive labor optimization initiatives, including location strategy, staffing models, and productivity metrics
Collaborate with HR and operations leaders on workforce planning, cost controls, and efficiency measures
Produce accurate monthly/quarterly reporting, including financial performance dashboards and cost transparency artifacts

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business or the equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred

MBA or CFA preferred
12–15 years of total work experience with 3–5 years of management experience preferred
