The Analyst in Product Management will support the execution of the strategic roadmap to deliver technology solutions aimed at business growth and operational scale, while participating in the creation of the Technology product roadmap.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating and managing the product roadmap and disciplined execution across critical initiatives

Design elegant and scalable Technology and AI solutions that add direct value to Sales, Investment Management, Finance, Operations and Regulatory teams in their business priorities

Drive requirements writing and testing

Assist with the go-to-market planning and roll-out of these solutions

Collect and report on user metrics related to product adoption and performance

Present ideas and processes in easy-to-consume formats to gain stakeholder alignment and drive initiatives forward

Manage stakeholder communications, surfacing risks and influencing resolution and decision-making

Prepare status reports on ongoing projects and initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, finance, engineering or related field

Good understanding of data product strategy and data architecture design

Analytical and critical thinker with a data-driven decision-making approach

Experience or willingness to learn about implementing AI solutions to improve operational efficiency

Ability to be organized and progress multiple initiatives concurrently

Team player who enjoys building trusted partnerships with colleagues and stakeholders, with an emphasis on collaboration, empathy, and active listening

Effective communicator with professional presentation skills, to share complex ideas clearly and respectfully across technical and non-technical teams
