They are seeking a dependable and motivated Carwash Assistant Site Manager to oversee daily operations at their car wash facility, supporting the Site Manager and ensuring a safe and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations and lead team members during assigned shifts
Ensure safety protocols, wash quality standards, and customer satisfaction are consistently met
Train and mentor crew members to promote growth and performance
Log maintenance activities and conduct routine safety checks
Support inventory management and assist with equipment troubleshooting
Qualification
Required
Leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of car wash systems and business operations preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions including heat, cold, and wet weather
Basic computer and POS system proficiency
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical systems
Preferred
Experience in car wash or similar operational roles
Strong communication and team-building skills
