Responsibilities
Develop and produce detailed construction drawings and documentation using Revit software
Collaborate with internal architects, designers, home-buying customers, tradesmen, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution
Select and detail finishes that align with the design vision and client preferences
Design high-end custom homes, with a focus on quality and uniqueness
Maintain a customer-focused approach, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering positive relationships
Participate in project meetings and contribute creative ideas and solutions
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in architecture particularly in single-family residential housing
Proficiency in Revit for construction drawings and detailing is a must
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing, personable demeanor
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals and clients
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of creativity and aesthetics
Have a customer focused mindset with a passion for creating beautiful, functional living spaces
Preferred
Experience designing high-end custom homes is a plus
