National Key Account Manager
Loenbro, LLC is seeking a National Key Account Manager responsible for managing strategic client relationships and pursuing large-scale project opportunities. This role involves driving national revenue growth through proactive opportunity identification and collaboration across sales, operations, and preconstruction teams.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary relationship manager for Loenbro’s national and enterprise clients
Identify and pursue multi-regional project opportunities across all service lines and market sectors
Responsible for developing and implementing win strategies and Go-No-Go process to determine which projects and clients to target
Lead the RFP/RFQ process and deliver to the client while meeting company standards and processes
Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and Key Account Managers to align regional execution with national account strategy
Work closely with the Executive Director of Sales to establish growth targets, forecasting, and performance metrics for national accounts
Partner with the Director of Preconstruction and estimating teams to develop strategic pricing, value engineering options, and project win strategies
Coordinate proposal development, client presentations, and RFP/RFQ responses for national pursuits
Gain a solid understanding of the services to be sold and represent that well to the client, bringing in subject matter experts when appropriate
Ensure effective communication and coordination between sales, operations, and marketing to deliver consistent client experiences across all regions
Maintain comprehensive account plans, opportunity pipelines, and activity reports within Salesforce CRM
Monitor client satisfaction, performance trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement
Represent Loenbro at key national trade shows, industry associations, and client meetings
Uphold Loenbro’s safety culture, integrity, and values in all business activities
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in business development, key account management, or project sales within industrial or construction industries
Proven success managing large, complex, multi-location client relationships
Strong understanding of the industrial and commercial construction market, including capital projects and maintenance programs
Demonstrated ability to coordinate efforts across multiple regions and service lines
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers
Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and project tracking/reporting tools
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
Willingness to travel across the U.S. to support client relationships and project opportunities
