JD Finish Line is a prominent company in the retail sector, and they are seeking a Benefits and Wellness Engagement Specialist. This role focuses on managing wellness and benefits engagement strategies, supporting the Benefits Manager, and ensuring the effective implementation of wellness programs.

Responsibilities

Through collaboration with the Benefits Manager, develop and execute a wellness and benefits engagement strategy, communication calendar (including maintaining), create/develop communications and delivery to employees through various channels available

Drive and track engagement (Corporate, Customer Care, DC and Retail), utilizing learning tools such as Kahoot

Maintain 2 Google Benefits Sites including Content

Maintain Connect (Company Intranet) Benefits/Wellness Content

Maintain JD Now (Company Social Platform) Benefits/Wellness Content

Assists with the research, implementation and on-going administration of wellness programs

Assists with answering employee benefit/wellness questions including JIRA cases

Support Benefits Manager with the continual development, implementation and evaluation of all wellness (Physical, Mental and Financial) programs/offerings with collaboration of our Health Care Insurance Broker

Maintain multiple vendor relationships

Maintain Personify Health Wellness Platform to drive engagement and its continued evolution

Participate as a contributing member of the Corporate Engagement Committee

Monitors the condition of exercise equipment and ensures proper preventative maintenance activities occur. Oversee fitness facilities, ensuring safe and clean facilities and equipment

Organize and oversee wellness events and activities, such as biometric screenings, flu shot clinic, lunch and learns, blood drives, etc

Participates in the annual benefits renewal process

Involved with implementation of new benefit plans or plan changes

Support annual Open Enrollment including communications and employee meetings

Required

Associates or Bachelor's degree and 1 - 3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Should have basic to intermediate knowledge and abilities with Google based platforms (Sites/Docs/Sheets/Slides/Forms) or Microsoft platform equivalents (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), as well ability to learn HR systems and functions and relationships of information in the Workday system
