Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Own US new-business revenue targets and expansion strategy
Lead enterprise sales for AI-driven transformation, modernization, cloud-native engineering, digital platforms, and data initiatives
Build and mentor a high-performing sales team (AEs, SDRs) with clear performance management and pipeline rigor
Define and execute go-to-market playbooks aligned to vertical use cases (Healthcare, FinTech, Manufacturing, etc.), with strong AI/automation-led narratives
Collaborate with delivery, architecture, and solution strategy teams to shape, position, and close complex transformation engagements
Strengthen and expand alliances with hyperscale’s, data & AI ecosystem partners, and channel collaborators
Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline health, and sales governance using modern sales operations tools

Required

10–15 years of enterprise technology sales experience with a track record of consistent overachievement
Proven ability to sell and close multi-million-dollar AI, data, modernization, and digital transformation engagements
Strong understanding of AI/ML enablement, data platform modernization, microservices/cloud-native architectures, and enterprise transformation programs
Ability to lead C-level value conversations, not just technical pitches — comfortable influencing CIO/CTO/CDO-level stakeholders
Experience building and scaling enterprise sales teams; strong coaching and leadership maturity
Operates as a hands-on player-coach — strategic mindset with direct deal pursuit credibility
Fluency with CRM and modern sales operations processes (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
