Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly
Develop user flows, journey maps, and other design documentation to support product development
Contribute to and maintain consistency within the existing design system and style guides
Conduct usability testing sessions and apply user feedback to refine designs
Ensure design accuracy and feasibility through close collaboration with development teams
Use design principles, research insights, and data to support and explain design decisions
Present design concepts and rationale to peers and stakeholders
Support special projects and initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related role
Strong understanding of information architecture, user flows, and responsive design
Proficient in Figma and other modern design tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and user-centric design
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
Knowledge of human-centered design methodologies
Experience with usability testing and user research
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
Exposure to B2B SaaS products
