Recruit skilled exterior installers
Source talent in the field—not just online
Build relationships with schools, suppliers, crews & subcontractors
Visit locations to support hands-on recruiting
Screen candidates for real trade experience
Coordinate interviews & onboarding
Track notes in the ATS
Represent us at events & job fairs
Qualification
Required
Strong people + communication skills
Able to identify skilled talent
Basic knowledge of tools, measurements & trade terms
Comfortable with ATS/email/mobile tools
Preferred
Recruiting or trades experience
Construction/home improvement background
Bilingual = bonus
