The role involves significant experience in a variety of intellectual property and technology transactional matters, providing an exciting opportunity for mentorship and collaboration within a close-knit team.
Law Practice
Responsibilities
Structuring, drafting, revising, and negotiating license agreements
Research and development agreements
Data license agreements
Strategic alliance agreements
Maintenance, support, and other service agreements
Distribution agreements
Cloud computing and hosting agreements
A wide variety of other intellectual property and technology agreements
Qualification
Required
Two to five years of experience in intellectual property and technology transactional matters
Experience in structuring, drafting, revising, and negotiating license agreements
Experience in research and development agreements
Experience in data license agreements
Experience in strategic alliance agreements
Experience in maintenance, support, and other service agreements
Experience in distribution agreements
Experience in cloud computing and hosting agreements
Superior academic credentials
Excellent writing and analytical skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Admission to the bar in the state of their primary office location
