Responsibilities
Act as a primary relationship manager for existing institutional investors across the fund’s macro strategies
Provide clients with regular portfolio updates, performance commentary, reporting materials, DDQ responses, and ad-hoc analyses
Coordinate investor communications, including quarterly letters, fund updates, and data dissemination
Support due diligence processes for existing clients, including operational reviews and ongoing monitoring requests
Partner closely with investment, operations, legal, and compliance teams to ensure accurate, consistent delivery of information
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the fund’s strategies, performance drivers, portfolio positioning, and market context
Assist with client meetings, calls, and annual review processes; prepare meeting materials and follow-up documentation
Contribute to enhancing IR systems, CRM data quality, reporting processes, and internal workflows
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in investor relations, client service, or relationship management within asset management or hedge funds
Strong understanding of macro markets and investment products, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; highly polished client presence
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines
Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems; experience with portfolio analytics tools a plus
