Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Promote our full product line of exterior and interior doors, windows, and custom millwork
Manage and grow sales within the assigned Maryland territory
Work closely with internal departments to ensure exceptional customer service and on-time delivery
Qualification
Required
Proven success in outside sales
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with the ability to manage and grow a territory independently
Preferred
Preferably in construction or building materials
Familiarity with millwork, doors, or windows is a strong advantage
