Responsibilities
Handle a wide range of litigation matters - not repetitive slip-and-fall or roof leak cases, but diverse, challenging disputes
Participate in daily litigation department stand-up meetings (via Zoom or in person) and monthly in-person team sessions
Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas, leveraging internal referrals and expert resources
Focus on lawyering - not the distractions of solo practice administration
Qualification
Required
Board certification in Construction Law, Business Litigation, or Civil Trial, or a strong focus in Probate Litigation or Construction Litigation
Experience managing 30+ active matters for different clients
Comfort with client contact and building strong relationships
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Preferred
A book of business preferred
