Responsibilities

Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement that enhance customer and client satisfaction
Provide support in process optimization initiatives under the guidance of senior team members
Document process changes and improvements for future reference
Communicate process-related insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Collect and analyze performance data to evaluate customer satisfaction
Assist in creating and maintaining training initiatives, including:
Curriculum development
Documentation and instructional materials
Planning and scheduling training sessions
Communication strategies for training rollouts
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with business goals
Work closely with team members on project tasks to ensure successful execution
Learn and apply process optimization methodologies effectively
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to customer experience and training
