Responsibilities

Support legal processes and projects, including: Keeping contract records and agreements organized and up to date
Updating and improving legal templates
Helping manage and optimize legal tools like Lexion, Traact, and SharePoint
Identifying opportunities to improve workflows or introduce helpful new tools
Collaborate across departments, including: Scheduling meetings with the right stakeholders and preparing agendas and notes
Learning the basics of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and understanding how different teams work with Legal to stay compliant
Working with the Legal-Contracts team to spot regulations or requirements that could affect commercial or international opportunities
