Responsibilities

Performing Change Point Management (CPM)/System Maintenance: Follows standard operating procedures to ensure equipment/ processes/systems are running effectively

Troubleshooting: Conducts failure analysis and follows scripts to troubleshoot and anticipate future failures

Monitoring Equipment/Process: Monitors equipment and processes in current state and proactively looks for ways to improve processes

Working in a team environment and effectively communicate throughout organization

Required

Associates degree or other technical certification. Experienced Pharmacy Tech, Dental Assistant or other medical technologist (external equivalent). or 4 years equivalent technical Military service

Familiarity with SPC methods and implementation

Experience with MS Word, Excel and Power Point

Ability to be focused on continuous improvement in fast-paced, changing environment

Be familiar with TPM concepts

Ability to strictly adhere to SOPs

Ability to work off-hours if necessary

Electro-mechanical aptitude, Basic understanding of hand tools, pneumatics, and electricity
