The Assistant Manager/Manager, Segment Management will support the development and execution of strategies for optimizing acquisition campaigns within the Premier Banking and Premier Private Client segments, requiring strong analytical skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and refining acquisition and portfolio strategies for Premier and Premier Private Client segments
Support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing and acquisition campaigns
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
Collaborate with distribution, wealth management, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and effective campaign delivery
Implement group-wide learnings and best practices in the local market context
Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign performance and segment growth
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support performance tracking efforts
Maintain organized documentation of strategies, campaigns, and results
Support ad hoc projects related to segment management and business development

Required

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBi)

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
