Faculty Research Assistant-Program Manager
The University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Coordinator to support the development of a new external website for Harmful Algal Bloom Control Technologies. The role involves collaborating with academic, regulatory, and industry partners to ensure accurate and accessible information is available to researchers, policymakers, and the public.

Responsibilities
Assist the program manager with administrative tasks including distributing funding calls, reviewing proposals, and submitting invoices
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated knowledge of state and/or federal regulations governing pesticides
Preferred
Experience with pesticide permitting or regulatory processes under FIFRA or related frameworks
Experience in science communication and/or coordinating website or online resource development
Master's degree in a relevant scientific or environmental policy discipline
