Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex process reengineering projects across multiple banking functions (e.g. retail banking operations, wholesale banking operations and contact centre)
Design and implement Lean Six Sigma frameworks, methodologies, and tools to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with business leaders to identify operational inefficiencies, process risks, and improvement opportunities
Hands-on leader, someone who thrives in execution—not strategy. You’ll be actively involved in delivery, working across people, processes, and change
Practical change agent, you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves, you’ll work at all levels to drive meaningful transformation
Facilitate process discovery workshops, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis sessions with cross-functional stakeholders
Drive initiatives to simplify, digitize, and automate processes, working with technology and data teams
Build and maintain a pipeline of process improvement projects, with clear business cases and ROI tracking
Mentor, coach, and develop a team of Lean Six Sigma practitioners, fostering a culture of operational excellence
Monitor and report on operational performance metrics, improvement outcomes, and cost savings
Work closely with operations teams to review and design target processes, and ensure all process changes are compliant with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and operational risk standards
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management on operational strategy, process governance, and efficiency initiatives

Required

Significant expertise and leadership with operational improvement initiatives
Experience in leading and managing complex process reengineering projects across multiple banking functions (e.g. retail banking operations, wholesale banking operations and contact centre)
Ability to design and implement Lean Six Sigma frameworks, methodologies, and tools to drive continuous improvement
Experience collaborating with business leaders to identify operational inefficiencies, process risks, and improvement opportunities
Hands-on leadership style, actively involved in delivery, working across people, processes, and change
