Exeter Finance is committed to helping customers find the right financing for their next vehicle purchase. The Senior Indirect Sourcing Analyst will be responsible for identifying and procuring goods and services, collaborating with business units, and managing supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

Administer and manage contracts, including proactive management of contract renewals, change-orders, and resolution of issues or disputes, including managing the supplier’s onboarding/off-boarding process

Maintain and build strong relationships with vendors, internal vendor managers, and business partners, and serve as a key liaison

Develop, issue, and manage complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs) as well as bids and quotes

Conduct market research and cost analysis to find the best suppliers and maximize value

Lead negotiations with suppliers on terms, pricing, and contracts for major projects

Conduct data analysis to inform strategic decision-making, including developing and presenting comprehensive reports and dashboards on procurement performance

Analyze and process purchase requisitions in collaboration with Finance and business partners

Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures

Maintain procurement communications and internal activities, including management of procurement mailbox within SLA Guidelines

Provide guidance, training, and technical assistance to lower-level procurement staff
