Responsibilities

Assist with the development and implementation of normal operating procedures for overall project operations

Act as company representative in negotiations with the owners

Review project plans and proposals, and work with management to develop project objectives

Ensure the preparation of required project documentation

Contribute to communication plan and change management elements

Determine long lead items for pre-order requirements

Schedule and coordinate activities and resources needed for efficient execution of work

Prepare project status reports and provide data to others for reporting as needed

Required

Must have a master's or bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field

Or a master's or bachelor's degree in other field with 5 years of Project Engineer experience

Internship with field experience

Position requires an understanding of industry practices and trends and their impact on the corporation

Individual must have interpersonal, communicative, and organizational skills

Preferred

Master's or bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering

Internship and/or 2 years of job-related experience
