Law Practice
Responsibilities
Represent personal injury clients in court, mediation, and arbitration
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other documents
Interview clients, witnesses, and other parties to build strong cases
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense attorneys
Maintain regular client communication to update on case progress
Prepare for and attend court appearances, depositions, and other legal proceedings
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Active membership in the Michigan Bar Association
Experience in personal injury litigation (Michigan No-Fault highly desirable)
A driven, professional attitude with a passion for client advocacy
Preferred
Trial experience preferred, but not mandatory
