They are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their TSG Storefront team, where the role involves designing and implementing full-stack services, building automation, and maintaining backend services and APIs.

Responsibilities

Design and implement platform features and full-stack services enabling IaaS across multiple data centers
Build automation for provisioning, configuration, and deployment using tools like Ansible and Terraform; contribute to CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins)
Develop and maintain backend services and APIs, and contribute to front-end components for operational tooling (full-stack)
Configure, tune, and test key platform components to improve performance, reliability, and security
Investigate and resolve production issues; drive root-cause analysis and deliver resilient fixes
Conduct code reviews and enforce quality/security standards across automation and application codebases
Partner with compute hosting and application teams to translate requirements into robust platform capabilities
Develop clear runbooks, documentation, and operational procedures; contribute to platform governance and roadmap execution

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
10-14 years of experience in software development required
Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
Hands-on full-stack development experience (backend services/APIs and front-end components)
Proficiency in one or more languages: Java, Go, Python, Ruby, Perl, or Bash
Strong experience with configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Salt)
Experience automating containerized deployments
Release management and code review experience
Deep Linux expertise (e.g., RHEL/CentOS), OS lifecycle, and secure system configuration

Preferred

Exposure to Terraform, Temporal, Kubernetes
Application development background with automation scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Perl)
Exposure to modern infrastructure tooling: Docker, Vagrant, Packer, VMware and large-scale server deployments and enterprise environments
Exposure to public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and open-source tooling (e.g., Jenkins)
