Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the execution of on-site work in accordance with deadlines, costs, quality and safety requirements
Supervise and lead the construction teams and subcontractors
Plan the different phases of the project and anticipate resource requirements
Ensure that construction methods and procedures are properly applied
Monitor the budget and report regularly to project management
Act as the main point of contact for the client and stakeholders on site
Qualification
Required
Higher education in civil engineering, construction or equivalent
Proven experience (8 to 15 years) in managing large-scale industrial projects, ideally internationally
Proficiency in construction standards and site practices
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Fluency in English is essential
Preferred
Knowledge of Swedish would be an advantage
